1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before confirmation or dispatch.
  • Once the order is confirmed or processed for shipping, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • To request a cancellation before confirmation, please contact us immediately at support@umekocosmetics.com or via our customer support number.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we have a limited return policy to ensure hygiene and product integrity.

  • Returns are only accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A return request must include:
  • A valid reason for return (e.g., damaged product, wrong item received)
  • Unboxing video proof showing the issue clearly from the moment the package is opened
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original method of payment.
  • In case of payment failures or processing delays, please contact your bank or payment provider.

  • Items returned without unboxing proof
  • Products returned after 24 hours of delivery
